Her Sweetest Downfall by Rebecca Hamilton is the second book in the Forever Girl Series.  This novella is a quick and easy read that brings you into the life of Ophelia.  She is a remarkable character who has a really tough choice to make which is not really a choice at all.  But it will change her life forever!

Rebecca has an ability to bring her characters to life and to make you love them and care for them.  You can not help feeling like you are on the journey with the characters.  Once you start reading you are hooked until the very last page and even then you are left wanting more!

Ophelia has a tough life at the moment....her father is dead and her mother went missing.   Ophelia's story begins when she is sent to do an errand for the woman she works for.  As Ophelia is going through the woods, she begins to get spooked as does her horse.  She hears a violin and then is taken by a stranger.  When Ophelia wakes up she is in a new world with this strange man, Ethan.  Ethan has some answers Ophelia is looking for.  For instance he knows what happened to her mother who went missing.  

Along with this information Ethan also tells Ophelia that she must become the one thing that she hates the most, in order to save many lives.  Ophelia does not want to be this monster she is supposed to be but has to learn to overcome her fears and her hatred to do the right thing.  

As she spends time with Ethan, preparing for what lies ahead, their feelings for one and other become stronger and at times get in the way of the task ahead of them.  Sometimes putting them in danger of losing their lives and not finishing the mission that they are on.

Will Ophelia and Ethan end up together?  Will they be able to carry out their mission?  There is only one way to find out.  Read Her Sweetest Downfall!  You will not be disappointed....I know I wasn't.  I can't wait for Rebecca to give us more!

Fifty Shades Freed (book 3)

The last of the trilogy!  :'(  I know, I know!  E. L. James has outdone herself!  What will happen with Anna and Christian?  Will they live in happy wedded bliss?  Only time will tell.  This book has it all and it  keeps you hanging on the edge of your seat or up all night.  I know I was up way, way to late reading this book.  I just could not put it down, I kept saying only one more chapter and reading a few more.  

Anna has accepted Christians proposal!  So off they go, down a new road together, while things are still unsettled in his past and Anna is getting used to a new lifestyle.  Anna is trying to be the same person she has always been.  Can she do it?

Anna and Christian enjoy a wonderful honeymoon.  Which would have been more relaxing with out someone trying to get to them.  A person in the shadows is out to get Christian and his family.  Enjoying their new life together is hard enough with out a vengeful person out to get them.

Back home and trying to adjust reality of work and meetings, a surprise visitor comes to see Anna.  Someone from Christian's past!  Leila is back and wants to talk to Anna, knowing it will bring Christian to her.  But Leila is not their only problem.  That's not the only person who makes an appearance....Mrs Robinson is back too!  (gasp!)  

As well as Jack Hyde, he's back and out to get the Grey Family.   But why?  Is it because of Anna?  There is more to Jack's story, he has a connection to Christian.

Anna becomes pregnant.  A situation that neither Anna or Christian are ready for and the fall out is great.  Christian handles the news in a very Fifty way!  His anger is unleashed and he walks out on Anna.  When he finally returns he is greeted by a very angry Anna.  It's a good thing that she has never been one to succumb to Christians dominate nature.  Things are ugly between them and things only get worse.

Anna puts herself and her baby in danger! By doing so she frees them in more ways than one.  Fifty Shades Freed!

This book has so much going on and Anna and Christian grow so much in this book.  Heart stopping from the beginning.  You can't help but to fall in love with these two characters.  I was sad to finish this series and oh so glad I read it!  You have to read it to see what I am talking about and to see the ending....E.L. James keeps you wondering, what's next!  I can't wait to see what she does next.  Keep a look out!

Again WOW!  Another addictive book from E.L. James.  Back for the second installment of Fifty Shades are Anna and Christian.  This book takes them even further into the many shades of Christian Grey!  Will Anna come back?  Will they find a way to be together?  Find out in this amazing book!

Anna left Christian and she is torn up about it, as is he.  Anna goes to work and tries to go back to her normal life.  Only she thinks about Christian day and night.  Christian wonders back into her life and knowing that she is not cut out for his "lifestyle", he comes up with a new arrangement for the two of them.

Anna struggle with the life that Christian wants and what she needs.  Dealing with his dark past and the damage it has done to him is only one of the obstacles these two face.  Anna also must deal with a woman from his past, the one responsible for his dark sexual needs.

Staying by his side and trying to balance his and her needs is a struggle, but the new arrangement seems to work and Christian opens up to her a little.  Their relationship seems to be on the hot and heavy and they need each other.  As this arrangement works and strengthens their relationship, Anna has to make a very important decision, that will change both their lives.

Fifty Shades Darker brings this romance to another level.  If you loved Fifty Shades of Grey then you will love this book.  I couldn't put it down! You see another side of the Fifty Shades of Mr Christian Grey!  Five Stars hands down!

Wow!  What can I say about this book?!  I picked this book up because it seemed like everyone was reading it.  My friends were posting about it on Facebook, it's in the news, on the New York Times Best Seller List....  Since it was everywhere I decided to actually pick it up and read it with everyone for a change, instead of waiting until it died down a bit.  I'm always the last one to read a series!  LOL  

I'm a little sleep deprived, as I could not put this book down!  It all starts with Anna Steele, a college student, who goes to interview Christian Grey.  A business man with dark secrets and personal demons.  She happens to catch his eye and make an impression as he does with her as well.   This young woman is lacking dating experience and is naive.  After the interview and a chance meeting, they seem to want to be with each other.

Christian takes Anna on a date and wants to see more of her, but also offers a warning to stay away from him, he is not good for her.   Well the heart wants what the heart wants and of course they cant stay away from one and other.   Christian has a proposition for Anna which she thinks about.  Anna is reluctant about this deal.  She feels like she needs this man and take her chances on him.

As things progress between the two of them and she is a little unsure of this man and what he wants.  As she begins to see what this man is about and what he wants from her, she decides that this is not what she signed up for.  Can they make it?  You'll have to read it to find out!  

I have to warn you though, some of the material in this book is very sexual and adult.  You might blush you might not, it all depends.  I feel that if you can handle the adult content in this book and follow the story of these two people, you will indeed love this book!  I couldn't wait to read the next book, Fifty Shades Darker,  and see where E.L. James takes Anna and Christian!
